Exceptions – Damaged / Wrong Product
We understand accidents can happen during transit. In case your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we will offer a resolution.
You must:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or videos of the damaged/wrong item along with the original packaging

Provide your order number and contact details
After verification, we may offer:

A replacement, or

A credit note/refund, at our discretion
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy guidelines.
Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
